How To Create And Publish Your Own E-Book

This quick article will walk you through how to create your own ebook.

Step 1: Open an HTML editor (Dreamweaver, FrontPage, etc.). If you don't have it, go to your search engine and type "free online editor WYSIWYG".

Step 2: Type your message or idea into an HTML editor, or copy and paste from a text editor. Design your site and make it easy. Save the file in a specific folder when you are done. When designing your pages, consider creating your files on a single page or on multiple linked pages like a website. If you are new to website design, we recommend designing on one page.

Step 3: Use the ebook compiler to compile the file into an ebook. Go to (www.ebookcompilers.com) and download the ebook compiler. This is the ebook compiler directory and there is also a free ebook compiler. Download and install the e-book compiler on your computer. Meanwhile, go to your search engine and type in "free e-book compiler".

Step 4: Open the eBook Compiler and browse to the file (HTML file created in Step 2). Follow the e-book compiler instructions until completed.

Step 5: Go to www.winzip.com, download and install WinZip. Open the WinZip application and create a new zip file. Add and compress e-book files.

Step 6: Upload the FTP or ZIP file (Example - ebook.zip) to your webserver. You can also sign up for free web hosting. Go to your search engine and type in "free website hosting".

Step 7: Publish your e-book on the Internet. Submit to an ebook directory or freebie directory (if the ebook is free). Go to your search engine and type "free ebook directory" or submit to www.download.com. Please submit your eBook to www.upload.com first, as the www.upload.com site gets busy every week. Allow your website visitors to download e-books for free.

I created my own ebook and published it on the web, but the ebook can only be viewed by Windows users. So both Windows and Mac users can view e-books. Just type your message or idea into a word processor and save it in plain text. Go to https:
